Toshiba's range of LED TVs combine excellent picture
quality with slim designs and energy saving features

REGZA TVs with LED technology enhance your viewing experience
with striking high quality images and highly accurate colour
reproduction to satisfy even the most demanding of viewers.
LED backlighting guarantees vibrant colours and new levels of
picture clarity by constantly adapting to the images on the screen.
LED backlighting also enables significantly increased dynamic
contrast ratios for blacker blacks and more pronounced contrast
been light and dark.

Toshiba REGZA LED TVs feature either Edge LED technology or
Local Dimming LED. Edge LED positions LEDs around the edge of
the screen enabling superior performance and slim designs whilst
Local Dimming LED is positioned behind the screen to produce
spectacular improvements in contrast and colour by instantly
tailoring the brightness of each individual LED to the image on the
screen.

Utilising Edge LED technology in our 2010
range of LED backlit TVs has allowed Toshiba
to produce a TV that is 56% slimmer than our
2009 model. This combined with the stylish
design gives these products a truly stunning appearance which will look astonishing in any home.

LED backlights are more energy efficient than conventional CCFL backlights. In addition to
this all models in the REGZA SL series and
REGZA WL series feature Toshiba’s energy-saving Eco Panel, which runs at a lower
wattage than regular LCD panels. Eco Panel ensures that energy consumption is kept to a minimum without effecting TV performance, and also saves money on energy bills.
