In business and public sector, we understand you need to get maximum use from the LCD BDs in your organisation, which is why our products are backed up with a range of optional warranties and guarantees.


			Available exclusively on our new Stasia and selected REGZA LCD BDs (as an option). If a qualifying LCD BD develops a fault in warranty, our optional ‘Up and Running’ warranty enables it to be working again as quickly as possible. Simply place a call with our technical team and a technician will be on-site next business day*. The technician will confirm the fault, disconnect the LCD BD and replace it with one of a similar specification. Minimum order quantity of 100 LCD BDs per model. **If the fault is reported prior to 3pm the day before.

			Stasia LCD BDs come with 3 years warranty as standard. Regza LCD BDs come with 1 year warranty with the option to extend the warranty by 2 years to a total of 3 years (on selected models. If the LCD BD develops a fault in warranty, place a call with our technical team. Once the fault has been confirmed, they will either arrange a door-step swap of the faulty LCD BD for a replacement of similar specification or for a depot repair (depending on model).
